Custom Dakimakura Shipping: Costs, Timing & Import Duties

Check the destination and delivered total

Our Shipping, Delivery & Customs Policy applies to destinations available at checkout. If your address is not available, contact us before ordering rather than choosing a different country as a workaround.

Check the selected cover size, fabric and quantity, and whether you have added an insert. The listing is for a pillowcase; an insert is a separate product. Adding one can change the shipping charge. The cost guide separates those item prices from the delivered total.

Allow for production and transit

Most custom orders are produced within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed and we have usable artwork. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Questions or file corrections can affect when production is ready to start.

Delivery is usually estimated at 7–10 business days after dispatch. Use the available checkout estimate for your destination and allow extra time if you have a birthday or event deadline. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; carrier capacity, weather, customs processing and remote-area service can cause delays.

Understand what “duties included” means

For supported destinations, taxes and import duties are included. Shipping is still a separate checkout charge.

If a carrier or customs office asks you for an additional import payment, contact us before paying and include the order number and payment notice. That lets us check the request against your order and delivery arrangements.

Check the address and track the parcel

Review the recipient’s name, address, postal code and contact details before payment. We cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch. Orders use plain, unbranded packaging; that does not remove the information needed for delivery or customs.

If a shipment appears delayed beyond the carrier’s estimate, contact us with your order number. For changes and delivery problems, read the order-change and return policy.
