What is DakiCustomize?

DakiCustomize creates custom anime-inspired merchandise, including dakimakura pillowcases, pillow inserts, mousepads, acrylic products, blankets, and other custom items.

Custom Dakimakura Orders

What file format and resolution should I upload?

For best print results, please prepare 300 DPI artwork in RGB color mode. PNG is preferred, and high-quality JPG files are also accepted.

We check submitted files for obvious issues before production, but this is not a full design review or retouching service.

How will my uploaded artwork be used?

Your uploaded artwork is used only to produce and fulfill your own order. We do not use customer images for any additional purpose without your permission.

Does the pillowcase include the pillow insert?

No. Custom dakimakura pillowcases do not include the inner pillow insert. Pillow inserts are sold separately.

What materials are available?

Our current dakimakura fabric options include 2WAY Tricot and Peach Skin. Please check the product page for the available options before ordering.

Production, Shipping, and Taxes

How long does production take?

Custom production usually takes 2-4 business days after your order details and artwork are confirmed.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days after production is complete. Production time and shipping time are separate.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide.

Are taxes and import duties included?

Yes. Taxes and import duties are included, so customers should not need to pay extra import-duty charges on delivery.

Do you use discreet packaging?

Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging to help protect customer privacy.

Returns and Order Issues

Can I return a custom order?

Because custom products are made to order, returns are not supported for non-quality issues, including change of mind, wrong size chosen by the customer, or personal preference.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order has a quality issue, is damaged, or is incorrect, please contact us at pawnshopno7@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the problem and help arrange an appropriate solution.
