Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at DakiCustomize. This page explains how production, shipping, taxes, and packaging work for custom orders.

All custom products are made to order. Production usually takes 2-4 business days after your order details and artwork are confirmed.

After production is complete, shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Please allow time for both stages when ordering for a gift, event, or deadline.

Taxes and import duties are included. Customers should not need to pay extra import-duty charges on delivery.

Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded, discreet packaging to help protect customer privacy.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.
