1. General

DakiCustomize provides custom-printed anime merchandise. By using our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Products & Orders

All products on DakiCustomize are made to order. Product images are for reference only — actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the material chosen. By placing an order, you confirm that you have reviewed your selections (size, material, design) and accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Intellectual Property & Custom Orders

When submitting custom artwork or images for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to use such content, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. DakiCustomize reserves the right to decline orders containing content that violates copyright or applicable laws.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before production begins. For most major shipping destinations, all applicable taxes and import duties are included in the shipping cost.

5. Shipping

Production takes 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 1–2 weeks after dispatch). Estimated delivery times are not guarantees. DakiCustomize is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or shipping carriers.

6. Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

DakiCustomize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
