At DakiCustomize, custom products are made to order based on the design, size, material, and options selected by the customer.

Custom Products and Non-Quality Issues

Returns are not supported for non-quality issues, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size, material, or option selected by the customer
  • Color differences caused by monitor or device display settings
  • Artwork issues in the file provided by the customer

Please review your artwork, size, material, quantity, shipping details, and order information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at pawnshopno7@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and help arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the item is custom-made.

Taxes and Import Duties

Taxes and import duties are included in the order price. Customers should not need to pay extra import-duty charges on delivery.
