Return and Refund Policy
Custom-made products do not support returns or exchanges for non-quality issues, including change of mind, personal preference, ordering the wrong size or material, or providing an unsuitable artwork file.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund when applicable.
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if there is a quality issue. We may ask for photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the problem accurately.
Because custom products are made to order, refunds are not provided for non-quality issues. Approved refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method.
Taxes and import duties are included in the order price.
