How to Order a Custom Dakimakura Pillowcase: A Step-by-Step Guide

- Cover only: The custom listing includes the printed pillowcase. PP cotton pillow inserts are sold separately.
- Size and fabric: Match the cover to your insert, then choose 2WAY Tricot or Peach Skin.
- Artwork: Use RGB files, preferably PNG. Aim for 300 PPI at the final print size where possible; actual pixel dimensions and source detail matter more than the DPI setting alone.
- Timing: Production usually takes 2–4 business days after payment and artwork confirmation. Shipping typically takes another 7–10 business days for supported checkout destinations. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Step 1: Decide Whether You Need an Insert
You can order a single custom dakimakura pillowcase. Double-sided printing is included in the listed price, using different artwork on each side or the same image on both. The listing includes the printed outer cover only; inserts are sold separately.
- Already have an insert? Check its label or measure its length and width before selecting your cover.
- Need an insert? Add a PP cotton body pillow insert separately. The insert listing offers 137 × 50 cm, 150 × 50 cm, 160 × 50 cm, and 180 × 60 cm options. Select the size that matches your cover.

Step 2: Choose Your Size, Fabric, and Zipper Placement

Zipper: A hidden bottom zipper is standard. For a side zipper, contact us before ordering or clearly note your request in the special requests field so we can confirm availability.
Step 3: Prepare Your Artwork
Prepare your front and back images in RGB, preferably as PNG files. High-quality JPG files without visible compression artifacts are also accepted. Aim for 300 PPI at the final print size where possible. Changing DPI metadata or enlarging a small image does not restore missing detail. If you are unsure whether your image is suitable, contact us before ordering.

Our pre-press check covers obvious production issues, such as missing sides or corrupted files. It does not include a full design audit, free retouching, or background extension. Inspect your exports at 100% zoom before submitting.
Step 4: Submit Your Files and Requests
Select your size, fabric, and quantity on the product page, then send your artwork using either method:
- Direct upload: Use the Drag & Drop your files or Browse upload area to attach your front and back images.
- Cloud link: Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox, or other shareable link into Artwork link & special requests (optional). Set permissions to “Anyone with the link can view” so we can access the files.
Use the same text field to identify Side A and Side B, specify custom measurements, or request single-sided printing. Your artwork is used to produce and fulfill your order. Without your permission, it is not used for promotion or resale.
Step 5: Check Shipping and Order Policies

Email pawnshopno7@gmail.com immediately with your order number and updated details. We will check whether the change is still possible. Changes may no longer be possible once production has started.
