Step 3: Prepare Your Artwork Like a Pro (Resolution, Color & Bleed)

To get razor-sharp prints without blurry edges, follow these print shop file guidelines:

1. Canvas Resolution (Minimum vs. Optimal)

For a standard 160x50cm cover:

• Minimum Acceptable Resolution: 6000 x 2000 pixels.
• Optimal Ultra-Sharp Resolution (300 DPI): 19000 x 6000 pixels.

If your file is smaller than 6000x2000 px, do not simply stretch it in Photoshop. Contact our prepress team for free AI image enhancement before ordering.

2. Keep Files in sRGB / RGB (Do NOT Convert to CMYK!)

Modern digital sublimation printers rely on high-gamut sRGB / RGB color profiles to reproduce electric greens, bright pinks, and delicate skin shading. Converting your artwork to CMYK in drawing software shrinks the color space and makes the printed fabric look dull or muddy. Simply leave your file in standard RGB mode!

3. File Format: PNG Preferred

We recommend submitting lossless PNG files for maximum line clarity. High-quality JPGs are also accepted. Please note: We do not accept layered PSD files. Please export your artwork as a flattened PNG or JPG before uploading.

4. Mind the "2cm Bleed Safety Zone"

During tailoring, roughly 1.5cm to 2cm of fabric along the border will be stitched into the inner seam.

• ❌ Don't: Place character eyes, hair tips, artist signatures, or logo text within 2cm of the canvas edge.
• ✅ Do: Extend background colors/gradients all the way to the canvas border so no raw white fabric shows after stitching.
